Another Springtime Picture

Just another springtime picture. These are apple blooms on a tree at my Greatgrandparent's place. My MaPep said these were drying apples. The apples are probably about the size of a tangerine or smaller and are TART. But, if you dry them they make the best fried pie filling around. The trees are at least 75 years old if not older. Every year they are so pretty and continue to remind me of my Greatgrandmother and the times we spent cutting up and drying apples when I was a kid.
